Have I told you Happy New Month this month?
HAPPY NEW MONTH!!! πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ

It’s easy to tell December is my favourite month in the year, isn’t it?
Of course I also say this about April (my birthday month); July (wedding anniversary); September (Le Hub’s birthday); November (Konkolo’s birthday)
Plus all the other parents, siblings and landmark months.
Lettus just say every current month ees my favourite month in the year.

Anyway, back to my present favourite month (also the busiest month for me) I started the month with an amazing event.

First, was the Moms supporting Moms Meeting & Fair
On the 1st of December
Organised by The Wissen Place
This is the second edition (it’s an annual event) and I have to say I am very very impressed with the event.

This year, we had:
Dr Opara Francis Chukwuemeka speak to us about Female Health – Pre and Post Delivery.

Dr Halim Odiachi on Pediatric Health – 21st Century Challenges.

Yours truly aka Lagoshousewife alias me spoke on Nutrition in Children – Creating Healthy Options.

Ayodele Adetimehin on Mommy, Business Woman and Wife – Achieving Balance in 21st Century

I really learned a lot and it’s amazing and very encouraging to see a school take out time to celebrate, teach, support and encourage mothers in this desperately needed way.
The Wissen Place, welldone!
You have set a very important example for us all to emulate.

And for mothers, and fathers, who turned out – you all are the real MVPs. Thank you!

We also had presentations from the event sponsors:
Access Bank W Initiative (@thewcommunity)
Hygeia HMO (@hygeiahmo)
Let me give you the breaking news of the amazing partnership these two are introducing for Women who are Trying To Conceive – an IVF plan that gives you 4 full IVF attempts for the lowest amount and a 40% return if unsuccessful.
While acknowledging, nothing can make up for the pain of failed IVF, they are considerate of the fact that you might want to retreat then recoup and having a financial fallback to help with will make things a bit easier.
I will keep you updated on this as it unfolds.

There was also a raffle draw with different prizes.
The Grand Prize of One Full Year Tuition and School Bus Transportation was won by @officialkidpreneurafrica
She will using it as giveaway to one of her Kidpreneurs.

And you really should sign your children up for one of their Kidpreneur Coachings.
They are amazing in helping children discover their talents and purpose, and giving them the required skills to grow it.

One of their kidpreneurs was a vendor at the event.
She makes the most beautiful baby girl wears.
And presented one as a gift to one of the raffle draw winners.

All in all, it was an amazing day with amazing men and women.
I’m looking eagerly to being a part of it again come 2019.

Welldone again @thewissenplace
